You can customise your Heart Keepsake; You can choose whether you would like it to be clear, or choose colours.
** When you select your colour palette I will send you all the different options as there are too many to list in the variations
** When you select glitters, metallic and holographic effects, flowers, jewels, or semi-precious stones I I will contact you for confirmation of what you require, whether you choose a clear or coloured design you cn add detail.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Add Select your keepsake.
2. Select no-colour / colours.
3. Include any your design requirements.
4. Place your order.
5. Once I have received your order, I will confirm receipt of the order.
6. I will confirm your requirements and run through the Design of your Heart.
7. You will be required to post your ashes, fur, hair to me If your order includes personal items.
8. I will send you instruction of how to send them to me and what quantity.
9. When your Keepsake is ready, I will send you a photo of it before posting.
10. After your approval I will send the keepsake to you along with any unused ashes, hair or fur.
❤️ PLEASE NOTE: All custom-made keepsakes differ in design as they are all created with the unique perspective of each customer they are made for.
All Bespoke custom-made keepsakes differ in design and will look different to the examples photographed in the listing as they are Designed just for you, this is all part of what makes them unique.
** You will be required to post you’re a very small amount of ashes, fur, or hair to me (I will forward you the address once I have received your order).
** I will confirm how much the amount of ashes, fur or hair you will need to send once the order has been agreed.
** I strongly advise sending these via recorded, special delivery or any other tracked service due to them being such precious items.
** When you post your items, make sure you send me the tracking number so we can keep track of where these items are located.
The time each item takes to create can vary depending on what your Design is and requirements are.
If you want to include personal items, the production start will not be until I have received your items.
If you have seen a Design you would like, and wanrt me to make something similar, let me know.
When I have received fur, ashes, or anything you want to include I start work on the keepsakes within 24 hours.
They usually take 24-48 hours for the Resin to set, longer for larger items.
If you require a quicker creation, I can use a different Resign which is very fast setting but there will be an extra charge for the Quick-Setting Resin so please message me. This is not listed as a price variation so I will have to adjust an order if requested.
❤️ IMPORTANT please don’t send all the ashes you have as it only takes a small amount to create your keepsake. I will give you further information once we have agreed the design and details.

🐾DELIVERY
When sending items to be included in this creation it is essential you have a tracking number.
I will always ensure the postal service has a tracking number
Items will be sent back to you using the same service you used to send them to me.
Example: if you use 1st class, I will use first class / if you use special delivery, I will use special delivery.
I have a vast range of Resin items I can make to order, please contact me with anything you are looking for even if you cannot find it on my shop and I will try to create your personalised keepsake.
